At OTPYRO PRIVATE LIMITED, we are committed to providing high-quality trading education and services. To ensure clarity and transparency, we have implemented the following cancellation and refund policy for our online trading courses:
Cancellations will be accepted only within 1 day of purchase of the course.
However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if:
Course access has already been granted (i.e., login credentials, modules, or content accessed).
Course materials have been downloaded or viewed.
✔ Refund valid only if less than 10% of the course is watched
✔ Refund valid only if the student gives a valid reason
✔ Refund processed only after checking access logs
Damaged or Incomplete Access
In case of incomplete course access or technical issues preventing the use of the platform, users must report the issue to our Customer Support Team within 1 day of purchase.
We will investigate and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Content Not as Expected
If you feel that the course content is significantly different from what was advertised, please bring it to our attention within 1 day of purchase.
Our team will review your request and decide on a case-by-case basis whether a partial or full refund is applicable.
Third-Party Services
If any course includes tools, data, or resources provided by third-party platforms, please refer any issues related to those tools to their respective support teams.
Refund Process
If a refund is approved by OTPYRO PRIVATE LIMITED, it will be processed within 6–8 business days to the original mode of payment.
