Refund & Cancellation Policy

OTPYRO PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • At OTPYRO PRIVATE LIMITED, we are committed to providing high-quality trading education and services. To ensure clarity and transparency, we have implemented the following cancellation and refund policy for our online trading courses:

    • Cancellations will be accepted only within 1 day of purchase of the course.

    • However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if:

      • Course access has already been granted (i.e., login credentials, modules, or content accessed).

      • Course materials have been downloaded or viewed.

      • ✔ Refund valid only if less than 10% of the course is watched
        ✔ Refund valid only if the student gives a valid reason
        ✔ Refund processed only after checking access logs

  • Damaged or Incomplete Access

    • In case of incomplete course access or technical issues preventing the use of the platform, users must report the issue to our Customer Support Team within 1 day of purchase.

    • We will investigate and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

    Content Not as Expected

    • If you feel that the course content is significantly different from what was advertised, please bring it to our attention within 1 day of purchase.

    • Our team will review your request and decide on a case-by-case basis whether a partial or full refund is applicable.

    Third-Party Services

    • If any course includes tools, data, or resources provided by third-party platforms, please refer any issues related to those tools to their respective support teams.

    Refund Process

    • If a refund is approved by OTPYRO PRIVATE LIMITED, it will be processed within 6–8 business days to the original mode of payment.
